If you have a leak in your home please look for main valve and shut it off so there is no further damage.

Break-ins are not the owners responsibility. We will send someone out to make your property safe and secure, but can not hold the owner responsible for the expense.

If your bathroom is not useable and you have another bathroom that is not an emergency.

When ever you have an electrical or gas problem please call your service provider and 911 if needed. Then summit your request.

Water leaks can damage furniture and personal belongings make sure to secure your items by covering, moving or placing something over them for the water to drip in. We are not responsible for the damages.
We recommend Rental Insurance to all of our tenants that will cover your personnel property in case there was any damage to them do to break-ins, water damage, fire damage etc.
